Terms of Service

Inbixy connects to a Facebook Page you control and replies to customer messages automatically, using AI together with the business information, product listings, and policies you provide. Inbixy is operated by Animesh, an individual developer (sole proprietor).

Inbixy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business whose Page you connect.

You agree not to use Inbixy to:

• Send unsolicited, bulk, or promotional messages to people who did not message you first.
• Violate Meta's Platform Terms, Messenger Platform Policy, Page policies, or Community Standards.
• Send content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or infringing.
• Impersonate another business or person.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Resell or provide the service to third parties without written permission.

Inbixy replies only to inbound messages. Any breach of Meta's policies may cause Meta to restrict your Page or our app, and may result in suspension of your account.

You retain ownership of the business information, listings, and policies you enter. You grant us the limited right to process that material in order to operate the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Prices, stock, delivery terms, and return policies are used verbatim to answer your customers, so out-of-date information will produce out-of-date replies.

Replies are generated by an AI model. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given situation. Inbixy does not review messages before they are sent.

You are fully responsible for every message sent from your Page, including AI-generated ones. We strongly recommend monitoring your inbox, keeping your business information current, and turning auto-reply off if you cannot. Customers can ask to speak to a person at any time, which pauses automation on that conversation.

Inbixy is provided as-is during its free beta with no uptime or service level guarantee. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The service depends on Meta and Google APIs, and their outages or policy changes can interrupt it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inbixy and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or reputational harm arising from your use of the service — including from the content of automated replies.

You may stop using Inbixy at any time by disconnecting your Page and asking us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that put our Meta app at risk. See deleting your data for what happens to your data afterwards.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
