Delete your data

Sign in and go to Dashboard → Messenger, then choose Disconnect.

This takes effect immediately: we tell Meta to stop sending us your Page's messages, then permanently delete the stored Page credentials and every Messenger conversation for that Page. You will be shown a reference code you can use to check the result.

On Facebook, go to:

• Settings & Privacy → Settings
• Apps and Websites
• Find Inbixy, then choose Remove

Facebook notifies us automatically and we delete your Facebook-sourced data, then return a reference code you can check below.

Email animesh@classtablet.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us whether you want only your Facebook data removed or your entire Inbixy account deleted. Use this route if you are a customer who messaged a business using Inbixy, since you will not have an account with us.

Deleted by a Facebook deletion request or by disconnecting a Page:

• The Page access token.
• The Page ID and Page name.
• The app-scoped Facebook user ID of whoever connected the Page.
• Every customer PSID for that Page.
• All Messenger message content, timestamps, and message identifiers for that Page.

Kept, unless you ask us to delete it: your Inbixy account and login, workspace settings, product listings and variants, and knowledge snippets. That is content you typed into Inbixy, not data obtained from Facebook — removing a Facebook app should not wipe your product catalogue. Email us to have it removed too.

Every deletion request produces a reference code. Enter it on the deletion status page to see what was removed and when.

If a request reports that no data was found, it usually means the Facebook account raising it is not the one that connected a Page to Inbixy, or the connection predates our recording of that link. If you believe we still hold data about you, email us and we will find and delete it.
